Take overall operational responsibility for all Ruby Hotels and ensure that quality, efficiency and profitability are maintained
Lead and develop our Cluster Hotel Managers and their teams – with a clear focus on performance, potential and personality
Monitor KPIs, budgets and processes, analyze results and derive sustainable improvements
Bridge strategy and hands-on operations: think entrepreneurially while staying close to day-to-day operations
Ensure Ruby standards and brand values are lived in every hotel – from atmosphere to guest experience
Work closely with teams from F&B, Rooms, Openings, Interior and other Group Functions to continuously improve operational workflows

Bring at least 10 years of experience in hotel operations – with at least 5 years in group-wide or multi-property leadership roles
Lead with clarity and empathy, and know how to inspire and empower others
Think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented and communicate clearly
Be strong with numbers, decisive and never lose attention to detail
Understand that culture is not a "nice to have" but the key to sustainable success
Speak fluent German and English and feel comfortable in international structures
