Role Overview
- Responsible for timely installation, setup, maintenance, troubleshooting and replacement of endpoint infrastructure
- Responsible for timely rollout and deployment of endpoint software where physical onsite installation is required
Requirements
- Experience in help desk or desktop support
- Knowledgeable in computer hardware systems, operating systems, software applications and remote connection systems
- Excellent customer service
- Good oral communication
- Flexible and a team player
- Knowledgeable in basic IT concerns/programming
