- Responsible for the timely installation, setup, maintenance, troubleshooting and replacement of endpoint infrastructure
- Responsible for the timely rollout and deployment of endpoint software
Requirements
- Experience in help desk or desktop support
- Knowledgeable in computer hardware systems, operating systems, software applications and remote connection systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good oral communication skills
- Flexible and a team player
- Knowledgeable in basic IT concerns/programming
