About this role
Role Overview
- Manage a portfolio of mass and strategic cases, responsible for end-to-end case handling from intake to file closure;
- Handle smaller-scale advisory requests, drafting or reviewing legal opinions, as well as official letters and other requests;
- Support departmental projects, automation efforts, and other initiatives;
- Prepare presentations and lead meetings with the team, leadership, and other company departments.
Requirements
- Active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration;
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Technical knowledge of Civil Law and Consumer Law;
- Experience working in financial institutions;
- Preferred: Experience using case-management systems such as Projuris or E-Law for case tracking;
- Preferred: Experience with B2C debt-recovery actions;
- Excellent written and verbal Portuguese;
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail;
- Analytical mindset and a continuous improvement approach to processes;
- Effective time-management skills and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks;
- Availability for hybrid work: required to attend our office in the Morumbi area of São Paulo 1–3 times per month.
