About this role
Role Overview
- Implement and maintain EPLAN software
- Develops schematics, bill of materials and assembly drawings using EPLAN
- Provide guidance and support to manufacturing and other areas
- Study/analyze projects technical documents and specifications
- Adhere to best practices for documentation and version control
- Define design approach for new products and platforms
- Release panels and prints to operations
- Ensure product design meets requirements, quality expectations and timelines
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent related work experience
- Proficiency with EPLAN Software
- AutoCAD required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Basic familiarity with 3-phase and sine-phase power design required
- VFD and Soft Starters principles preferred
- Understanding of BOM systems and material management
- Familiarity with basic programming methods and parameter identification of industrial drives and/or soft starters
- Basic electronics and circuit analysis (Required)
- 5+ years of related experience is required
