Role Overview
- Improve the reliability and optimization of production processes
- Analyze existing production processes to identify malfunctions and opportunities for improvement
- Design and implement effective working methods and production tools
- Participate in the design and layout of production lines
- Train staff in new working methods and raise awareness of quality and safety
- Define, implement and monitor performance indicators and analyze data
- Monitor technological developments and integrate new methods into production processes
- Support continuous improvement projects
- Write technical reports and documentation
Requirements
- Master's degree in methods, production management, industrial systems engineering, or a related field
- Experience in an industrial setting, ideally in production environment and metallurgy
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and properties of metallic materials
- Ability to analyze complex technical data and propose solutions for improvement
- Proficient in office IT tools (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power BI)
- Skills in statistics, production management (SAP)
- Project management and continuous improvement (Kaizen, Kanban, etc.)
- Knowledge in database management and data analysis/machine learning (Python, SQL, etc.)
- Fluent in French and English
