About this role
Role Overview
You will support our clients in operating their digital processes on the 446 platform optimally — technically, consultatively and with a solutions focus:
Product support (1st / 2nd level) for the 446 platform
Installation and configuration of customer environments (on-premises & cloud)
Capturing and implementing customer requirements
Reporting and data analysis within the platform
Documentation, quality assurance and internal process improvement
Training and advising our customers
Participation in on-call duties (approx. 150 days/year) by arrangement
Requirements
Degree or vocational training in computer science or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, IIS, Teams)
SQL skills (MS SQL preferred) and basic knowledge of PowerShell or C#
Structured, solution-oriented, and communicative working style
German at least C1, English at least B2
