Design scalable experiences for a large base of satisfied customers using multiple levers (CRM, events, community, ambassador program, swag, videos…) — including solutions for busy entrepreneurs who don’t have time to join a community.
Build an à la carte engagement model for customers who want to participate (e.g., product feedback, referrals/affiliate, testimonials & social content, event co-hosting).
Leverage and grow our two key communities: the Ambassador Program with over 1,000 members and StrongHer, our community for women entrepreneurs.
Run experiences and events (online and onsite, including regional events) that create strong brand moments.
Amplify social proof by turning customer experiences into high-performing content for Qonto and clients’ channels.
Partner with Brand, Social, CRM, Product, and Customer teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end experiences and measure impact.
Requirements
5+ years of experience building customer engagement programs at scale (high volumes, strong operational rigor).
Entrepreneurial or freelance experience is a plus.
Skilled at audience segmentation and offering multiple ways to engage, from low‑effort to high‑commitment.
Creative and up to date on what works (CRM strategy, event formats, creator-led growth, social mechanics).
Structured and reliable: logistics, timelines, budgets, stakeholder management.
Comfortable being scrappy and hands-on, testing and iterating quickly.
Fluent in French and English.
