Manage accounting processes, including bank reconciliations, VAT reconciliations, and monthly closings, with consistent accuracy;
Coordinate with local accounting firms for tax filings and financial statements, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and reporting requirements;
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency within the finance department.
Requirements
4–5 years of experience, ideally gained at an accounting firm or in a similar corporate role.
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
Strong accounting fundamentals (balance sheet, P&L, etc.) and proficiency in international accounting standards.
Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, SUMIFS, etc.) and prior experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a strong plus).
Proactive and able to work independently with documents in foreign languages (e.g., German, Spanish), demonstrating high adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of identifying and implementing efficiency improvements in accounting processes.
Fluent in French and English, with the ability to coordinate with international stakeholders.
