Kick off the morning with coffee and a catch-up with a diverse range of team members.
Meet with the Engineering team to share prototypes for a new mobile feature you are working on.
Work with the Research and Insights team on customer quoting through to invoicing to help paint the journey.
Participate in discussions about customer problems and processes to uncover solutions.
Review engineering work and sit with a developer to tune the end result to ensure an awesome user experience.
Go deep on new solutions for the latest cycle, discovering user needs, co-designing with tradies, and defining technical specs to supply to engineers.

Have a bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in interaction design or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
Extensive experience in a leading-edge digital or UX design company and practices.
A great understanding of concepts of interaction design, user testing and user experience.
Have a foundation of design fundamentals such as typography, layout, colour theory, and branding.
Have a technical understanding of HTML & CSS, responsive layouts and mobile app design.
Are focussed on the quality of the user experience as much as the aesthetics of the user interface.
Enjoy participating in a high-performance team-oriented environment to deliver sophisticated digital solutions.
Can serve as a subject matter expert for user-centered design practices and UX design.
Are highly organised with great attention to detail.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
