About this role
Role Overview
Analyze and capture requirements directly with our customers (remote or on-site)
Structure, package and assess requirements regarding technical feasibility
Discuss and align solution approaches and responsibilities with the internal team
Independently implement requirements — primarily using Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps) on the Microsoft Power Platform
Collaborate with our developers when you need support for more complex requirements
Get hands-on with Power Apps, especially Model-Driven Apps, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) — with close mentoring from experienced colleagues
Gradually build expertise in the core platforms that our customer solutions are based on
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in a degree program in (business) computer science or a related field
Ideally you have at least two years of study remaining and want to work as a working student during that time
You are available to work 15–20 hours per week regularly (more hours possible during semester breaks)
You already have some practical experience in software development
You have worked in teams or companies and understand what is required in everyday work
Native-level German skills (C2) are required
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
French skills are an advantage but not mandatory
Ideally you have prior exposure to Power Apps, Model-Driven Apps or other low-code platforms
Knowledge of WordPress, Elementor Pro and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a plus
