Visit customer sites to provide technical support for on-site installation, periodic maintenance, repairs and upgrades of radiography and computed tomography (CT) systems
Take ownership of key engineering decisions to ensure efficient delivery of customer solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical input for planning activities
Contribute to the development of the department’s annual operational plan and team activities
Follow internal project processes to ensure procedural compliance and identify opportunities for adjustments and improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science or a related field — or a high school diploma with significant experience in one of these areas
Hold a CAMARI certificate or an electrical accreditation certificate
Demonstrate strong hands-on knowledge of maintenance and operation of industrial inspection solutions
Self-motivated, able to make key decisions and develop innovative solutions
Able to contribute to the development of operational plans
Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills
Willing and able to travel to customer sites across Europe, primarily France, Italy and Spain
Based remotely (ideally in the North of France) and able to travel flexibly at short notice and be away from home for extended periods
