Managing the day-to-day operations.
Overseeing the scheduling and coordination of all flights.
Serving as a main point of contact between different departments within the company.
Monitoring that Operations controllers, Schedulers and Crew dispatchers are performing their designated duties.
Ensuring effective management of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events.
Handling emergencies or unexpected situations that may arise during flights.
Ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
Overseeing the selection and scheduling of flight crews, including pilots and cabin attendants.
Providing exceptional support for Owner and Client services.
Coordinating with aircraft maintenance to ensure all aircraft are well-maintained and airworthy.
Maintaining accurate records of flight operations, incidents, and customer interactions.
Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Assisting in the training and development of new employees.

Extensive experience within an aviation environment preferably Business Aviation in a Supervisory role.
Knowledge of fractional operations; equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, & Outlook).
Strong understanding of International Operations, worldwide flight planning incl. ETOPS.
Scheduling experience or experience is a plus.
Candidate should work well in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business.
Must be detail oriented and able to work productively, independently or within a team.
Excellent oral/written communication and problem resolution skills are required.
Further languages skills of advantage.
