Role Overview
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and sales efforts

Successfully guide leads through the sales process, overcome objections, and close deals
Requirements
Proven success in field sales within the professional skincare industry
Licensed Esthetician with a deep understanding of skincare treatments, ingredients, and industry trends.
CRM experience with the management of the lead-prospect-conversion process.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strategic thinker that is motivated, results-oriented, resilient, and a self-starter.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
Proactive and adaptable with a commitment to excellence.
75% travel required within the territory
