Works within a continuous quality improvement framework promoting good public relations.
Assesses and implements occupational therapy interventions.
Ensures services are best practice, evidence-based, and evaluated.
Coordinates care delivery through ongoing communication with team members.
Documents all assessment findings and treatment plans as required.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized school of Occupational Therapy.
Member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
Valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle (asset)
Compassionate and empathetic
Self-driven with ability to work independently
Skilled in caseload management
Skilled at electronic documentation
Able to provide virtual care
A registered ADP authorizer (asset)
