About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for the IT asset inventory ecosystem: perform data analysis to identify quality issues, handle requests from management and auditors, and recommend architecture improvements with a strong security focus.
Further develop the CMDB roadmap and its data sources so that IT asset data supports all operational requirements and regulatory obligations.
Serve as Product Owner of the agile DevOps team: define requirements, prioritize the backlog, and drive data-driven improvements.
Additionally, act as the UNIQA Group function lead for IT Service Continuity, ensuring all business units build and maintain effective service continuity and disaster recovery readiness.
Coordinate disaster recovery planning activities across UNIQA countries; review DR documentation, track test executions including evidence, and escalate identified gaps.
Lead the international IT Service Continuity community, promoting best-practice exchange and continuous knowledge transfer.
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology or a comparable field, plus at least 3 years of professional experience in IT Service Management
Experience with ServiceNow CMDB
Broad understanding of IT concepts, technologies and processes
Familiarity with IT Asset Management, particularly with data quality
Solid knowledge of Information Security and complex enterprise IT environments
Good knowledge of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery; experience with DR testing is an advantage
Experience working in agile teams and as a Product Manager for data-driven improvements
Excellent communication and teamwork skills in an international environment
Strategic thinker with a can-do attitude, high resilience and optimism when facing challenges
Very good German and English language skills
