Bancassurance digital roadmap delivery and best-practice development
Lead digital project delivery together with banking partners and local implementation teams, including governance, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and preparation of Steering Committee materials
Adhere to established digital standards (e.g., customer experience guidelines, solution simplicity) and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Share best practices and document learnings for reuse across the UNIQA network
Drive the rollout of group-level standard digital bancassurance solutions
Coordinate the definition of business requirements for digital needs (APIs, customer journeys, etc.)
Act as group-level project manager supporting countries in implementing digital solutions
Maintain and optimize group-wide solutions (e.g., front-end tools), identify issues and propose enhancements
Support or act as a key contributor for non‑BAU (non–business-as-usual) initiatives defined by management
Collaborate with managers to align strategic plans with banking partners and internal stakeholders
Ensure delivery of the first use case for defined non‑BAU initiatives
Provide regular status updates to managers on progress, blockers, and potential risks
Work with cross-functional teams (IT, Group Legal, Business Development, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
Stay informed about digital trends (digital insurance, AI use cases, etc.) and share relevant insights with the team
Participate in training to adopt new tools, processes, and standards
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 5 years of hands-on project management experience in the financial services sector (banking, insurance, or consulting)
Proven track record managing and delivering digital projects
Experience working in agile environments with a solid understanding of agile principles and methodologies
Strong affinity for technology and digital transformation, with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions
Excellent organizational skills, including task planning, prioritization, and execution
Strong communication and presentation skills suitable for engaging middle-management stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience guiding cross-functional teams
Fluency in English; knowledge of a CEE/SEE language and/or German is an advantage
