As an experienced WAG Compliance Specialist, you will support the implementation, monitoring and further development of WAG compliance within the company.
As part of the Regulatory team, you ensure that our products and services meet all legal and regulatory requirements in the investment process.
Your expertise plays a key role in optimising and evolving our processes, policies and guidelines.
You review compliance with legal and internal requirements.
You deliver role-specific trainings for employees across all relevant business areas.
You support the compliance function and collaborate with relevant areas of the UNIQA Group.
You manage and coordinate compliance projects, particularly those related to regulatory changes.
Requirements
Degree in Law or Business Law
At least 5 years' professional experience in compliance within the financial industry (investment firm, bank or asset management company), a consulting firm or a law firm
Solid knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in WAG compliance
Extensive understanding of financial instruments, investment processes and industry standards
Analytical thinking, strong attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
Excellent German and English skills
High commitment, reliability and a strong role-model attitude
