Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
Proven experience in operations management, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
Strong business analysis skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop data-driven solutions.
Ability to develop and implement operational best practices and scalable tools.

Demonstrated adaptability to organizational changes and competing priorities.
Proficiency in compiling, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights.
