Recruiting, training, and building a high-performance team and retaining top performers.
Managing expenses, revenue generation, and profit and loss statement.
Partnering with the Bank and Fulfillment/Operations to ensure goals are met.

3 years of experience in management in a proven leadership role managing 12-20 team members.
3 years of experience in residential mortgage sales originations.
3 years of experience in mortgage retail sales.
3 years of experience in mortgage originations operations including loan underwriting, processing and closing functions.
3 years of experience with FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA/USDA programs and underwriting guidelines.
3 years of experience in developing marketing strategy and plans in a retail sales environment.
Experience with net operating income and budgets.
