Designing and installing structural components such as platforms, supports, and anchor points
Leading major steelwork repairs and plant refurbishments
Managing consultants for larger structural projects and coordinating contractors
Developing business cases, scopes of work, and improvement initiatives
Preparing conceptual designs, feasibility studies, and cost estimates
Conducting design reviews to ensure compliance with site and statutory requirements
Driving risk assessments, audits, and change management processes
Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a collaborative team culture
Requirements
A degree in Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
Proven experience managing structural projects from design through to execution
Strong planning, cost control, and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and MS Office; familiarity with Bluebeam and AutoCAD is a plus
Eligibility for National Engineering Registration or Chartered status (preferred)
