- complying with all company policies and maintaining a safe work environment
Requirements
- previous experience in an HR Business Partnering or Advising capacity within heavy industry
- tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Industrial/Employee Relations
- solid understanding of enterprise agreements and their application
- strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards
- experience facilitating performance management, talent development, and succession planning processes
- confident in interpreting people data and coordinating reporting
- experience coaching and supporting leaders
- exposure to job benchmarking
- involvement in annual salary review activities
