Labeling Specialist – Medical Device, Image Guided Therapy

Role Overview

• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements for labeling updates and new development initiatives
• Translate business and regulatory needs into clear, actionable requirements for the labeling team
• Drive visibility and accountability by tracking progress of labeling changes from concept through completion
• Coordinate and support the seamless implementation of labeling updates to ensure timely and compliant execution
• Your work ensures that critical product information is accurate, compliant, and accessible—supporting clinicians and ultimately improving patient outcomes

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in labeling for medical devices or other regulated industries
• Strong attention to detail with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
