Define and evolve the architecture of applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
Work together with the Lead Architect on strategic technical decision-making
Guide the team in developing robust and maintainable solutions
Evaluate trade-offs between different technical approaches and technologies
Ensure development best practices (clean code, automated tests, code reviews)
Support the team in implementing CI/CD pipelines and test automation
Promote a culture of quality, observability, and continuous improvement
Prevent and resolve complex technical issues
Collaborate with Product Managers on technical prioritization and backlog evolution
Ensure consistent deliveries aligned with business objectives (OKRs)
Participate in agile rituals (planning, review, retrospective)
Balance innovation, technical debt, and operational efficiency
Serve as a technical reference for the team and other departments
Translate business needs into viable technical solutions
Support strategic decisions based on data and technical feasibility
Interact with international stakeholders (fluent English required)

5+ years of experience in software engineering, with experience in technical leadership
Previous experience as a Tech Lead or a similar role
Strong knowledge of distributed systems architecture and microservices
Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and backend best practices
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Experience with CI/CD and test automation
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Advanced/Fluent English (interaction with global teams)
Nice to have: Experience with .NET and React stacks
Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications
Knowledge of DevSecOps and tools such as SonarQube
Experience with observability (logs, metrics, tracing)
Background in B2B SaaS products
Experience in domains such as payments, billing, or management platforms
