Role Overview
- Promotion of KWS crop varieties to sales teams, sugar factories and farmers
- Regular follow-up with the sales force
- Maintaining relationships with advisory organizations
- Collaboration with the regional manager and with the marketing, product and sales departments
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of higher education in agriculture (Bac+2 or equivalent)
- Experience in agricultural supply and distribution
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to listen to customer needs and provide appropriate advice
- Strong persuasion and convincing skills
