- Design and implement new risk management programs and processes
- Assess risk and control effectiveness across key operational risks
- Manage rollout of new risk solutions across business units
- Maintain strong working relationships with business partners
- Monitor business practices to identify gaps and opportunities
Requirements
- College degree
- 4+ years of financial service industry experience
- 1+ years of risk management exposure
- Experience using and/or deploying operational risk tools and processes
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Project management skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office products
