You develop and implement sales plans to achieve annual sales budget goal for your assigned territory.
Business Development: Identify and capture new growth opportunities within the aerospace, automotive, and medical sectors.
Channel Partner Development: Promote, train and manage the MAPAL product offering to local authorized distributor network partners.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex machining challenges involving milling, turning, and hole-making & hole-finishing.
Technical Consulting: Conduct on-site tool testing and performance analysis to reduce cycle times and improve part quality.
Value Selling: Demonstrate total cost of ownership (TCO) savings to procurement and engineering teams at end-user customers.
Requirements
Your education will include a mix of hands-on metal cutting manufacturing experience, military, and/or formal education equivalent to a Two to Four Year degree program in a technical discipline.
Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code), tool geometry, and metallurgy.
You will ideally have a minimum of five years of cutting tooling experience.
You have a strong work ethic, self-motivated and must be able to work independently.
You have excellent organization and time management skills.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
You have a strong ability as a presenter of product with the skills of persuasion and value selling.
You are consultative, customer focused, and solutions oriented.
You creatively solve problems.
You must be able to travel up to 50% to meet with distributor partners and end-users within the sales region.
