Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns and projects across paid media (such as Google, TikTok, Meta and other relevant digital channels) and email newsletters
Responsible for sourcing and managing all relevant seasonal brand content
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support product launches, store openings and seasonal campaigns, ensuring alignment and a coherent look & feel for the brand’s digital presentation
Coordinate external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely development and delivery of high-quality digital content
Create reporting decks and artwork files in compliance with Under Armour guidelines
Monitor trends to strengthen the digital strategy
Produce artwork files and digital assets (banners, ads, etc.) in line with Under Armour guidelines
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the sportswear, fashion or marketing industries
Hands-on experience with social media and email marketing
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance optimization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding of and passion for the sports business
Excellent command of English
Experience with Figma and/or Canva; familiarity with InDesign for rapid marketing visuals and assets
