• 3+ years of surgical coding with E/M experience
• Proficiency in Cardiothoracic Surgery Coding
• Ability to communicate official source coding rationale to physicians
• AAPC Certification
• CPC
• Multi-specialty surgical coding experience (What Would Be Nice To Have)
