Lead Regulatory Reporting Professional

Role Overview

• Oversee the production and sign-off of regulatory reports
• Act as primary subject matter expert on regulatory reporting topics
• Drive constructive dialogue with internal and external stakeholders
• Initiate and lead cross-business unit and departmental projects
• Coach and mentor team members and outsourcing partners

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related
• 6-10 years of experience in financial services
• Proven ability to work with and interpret complex data
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English required, proficiency in German is an advantage
• Must be eligible to work in Switzerland
