Define and manage the global procurement program roadmap, including objectives, scope, governance, standards, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Deliver meaningful, recurring EBITDA improvements by defining and activating the program’s key value-creation levers, partnering with third parties – including procurement consultancies – to scale impact across the portfolio, and guiding companies in building the governance, capabilities, and maturity required for long-term, high-performing procurement.
Maintain productive, scalable partnerships with procurement consultancies and procurement service providers to ensure the program can grow with PG’s portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with PG’s investment teams and portfolio company senior management to drive program adoption and ensure sustained results.
Provide support in strategic initiatives related to PG functional portfolio ownership and/or across the platform.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of procurement and program/project management experience, preferably including exposure to Private Equity or Private Markets.
Proven track record delivering many simultaneous multimillion‑dollar initiatives.
Strong capability in managing scope, budget, timelines, and risk.
Able to influence stakeholders across all levels—from CEOs and Boards to functional leaders and consultants.
Demonstrated ability to implement change and deliver quantifiable impact.
A charismatic, entrepreneurial leader with strong business acumen, high integrity, low ego, and willingness to “roll up their sleeves” to drive outcomes.
Willingness to adapt to evolving priorities, operate effectively amid ambiguity in a fast-paced private markets environment, and work across regions, time zones, and functions to support shifting portfolio needs.
