Role Overview
- Define an overall strategy (acquisition, conversion, brand)
- Develop a strong, coherent, and distinctive editorial line
- Devise engaging formats (posts, videos, live streams, mini-series, etc.)
- Coordinate content production with creators and partners
- Oversee editorial calendars, launches, and campaigns
- Drive organic growth with a performance focus
- Identify opportunities to amplify brand awareness
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in social media / content / brand roles at a startup, DTC brand, or high-exposure agency
- Experience growing a brand on Instagram and TikTok (organic and/or paid)
- Understanding of performance, awareness, and conversion objectives
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to analyze KPIs
- Ability to brief and manage a team of creators / freelancers
- Bonus: experience in the beauty space, women's products, or mobile apps
