Role Overview

• Processing and Manage payroll related Activities Independently for any given country
• Having project experience to implement new system is an added advantage.
• Drives the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long term) by analyzing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with business
• and corporate-wide objectives.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores.
• Job experience of 10 years
• In depth understanding of payroll concepts and procedures
• Understanding and complying with the country’s statutory requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills: able to collaborate and work in teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Basic understanding of accounting processes and principles.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SAP).
