Prepares assigned weekly, monthly and quarterly analyses, with a specific focus on contribution reporting, chargeability, billability and revenue/billing analysis;
Prepares various schedules and financial reports to support quarterly contribution reporting to shareholders, and for the compilation of annual budgets and projections of the balance sheet and income statement;
Prepares schedules for metric and key performance indicators to support annual compensation bonus reviews;
Assists with share/unit tracking;
Assists with the monthly cash reconciliation and compilation of the monthly financial packages, including the accrual income statement and key financial metrics;
Supports monthly and quarterly closes and financial reporting;
Responsible for supervising a small team of finance staff, which includes coaching, training and performance management, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement, and mentoring for professional growth;
Performs other duties as requested.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA and/or MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in financial analysis and/or accounting
Expert in Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint
Experience in conducting relevant research online.
Knowledge of SAP is preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of accounting procedures and general knowledge of monthly accrual accounting close procedures and account reconciliation
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgment capability and ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to multi-task.
