Oversee daily retail operations for accuracy and efficiency; conduct audits, manage inventory processes, and ensure purchasing and invoice payments while maintaining budget targets
Gather and share key operational information to drive sales and business goals; present insights and use data to develop business plans
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products, designing floor layouts, and ensuring proper signage
Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service; resolve customer concerns and meet service standards
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring and onboarding, manage performance evaluations, ensure policy compliance, and coach team members for growth and recognition
Requirements
3-5 years of leadership experience in a retail setting
Availability to work any day of the week
Working knowledge of HR, inventory control, security, stockroom operations, visual merchandising, payroll, budgeting, and scheduling
