Advise clients on HR processes and the seamless technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on talent processes such as Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation Management, Learning Management, and talent-related platform features.
Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend best practices to translate them into effective SuccessFactors talent processes.
Lead projects — from scoping and requirements gathering through configuration and testing to deployment and go-live.
Apply expertise in analysis, consulting, design, and implementation of state-of-the-art HR business process applications.
Conduct relevant training sessions and workshops.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 3 years' consulting experience in SuccessFactors Talent Management
Experience with SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Succession Management
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, at least within Talent Management
Ambitious, eager to learn, highly customer-focused, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with platform features, integrations, reporting, and analytics is a plus
Fluent in German and English
