About this role
Role Overview
Advise clients on HR processes and deliver seamless technical and functional implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, specializing in talent modules including Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation Management, Learning Management, and talent-related platform features
Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend best practices to translate them into effective SuccessFactors talent processes
Lead projects from scoping and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live
Apply your expertise to analyze, design, and implement advanced HR business process applications
Conduct engaging training sessions and hands-on workshops
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience as a consultant in SuccessFactors Talent Management
Proven experience with SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Succession Management
Solid knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a focus on Talent Management as a minimum
Experience with platform features; integration, reporting, and analytics experience is a plus
Fluent in German and English
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Ambitious, eager to learn, highly customer-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel
