Provide expert advice to clients on integrating HR processes with SAP and non‑SAP products and lead the seamless functional and technical implementation of these integrations and product development.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust integration solutions.
Design, develop, and implement custom integrations and reusable integration components.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure flawless system integrations.
Continuously explore and master the latest SAP technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience with SAP integration tools (SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI).
Strong knowledge of APIs, XML, JSON, Java, Groovy, REST; ABAP is a plus.
SAP HCM background is a plus.
Proficiency in English and preferably German (B2/C1 level).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.
Ambitious, eager to learn, and customer‑oriented.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel.
SAP certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
