Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruiting, or Employee Central.
Fluent in German (C1 level) and English.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Hold at least two SuccessFactors certifications.
Ambitious, eager to learn, and highly customer-focused.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel.
Three complete SuccessFactors Onboarding implementation experiences are a plus.
