Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events ranging from internal meetings and town halls to high-profile external events and stakeholder engagements.
Develop event concepts and formats that align with strategic communication objectives and corporate priorities.
Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and agency partners to ensure seamless and cost-effective delivery.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, technical setup, travel arrangements, and program design.
Prepare, brief, and support executives, speakers, and key stakeholders to ensure professional and impactful event presence.
Collaborate closely with internal functions such as Communications, Global Medical Affairs, Commercial, HR and R&D to ensure content coherence and brand alignment.
Oversee on-site execution, ensuring an excellent attendee experience and rapid problem-solving when needed.
Track event outcomes, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement and best-practice development.
Requirements
5+ years of proven experience as an Event Manager in a corporate or agency environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is considered an asset.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels and cultures.
Hands-on attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Technical and business proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Veeva Events, SpotMe/Omoni is an advantage
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry is an advantage.
