Execute and manage the sales plan for a defined territory or project type
Develop strong communication networks and relationships with T&I customers, contractors, specifiers, and end-users
Generate new sales and project creation
Assess customers' lighting needs and determine best products and services
Ensure project information in the sales database is accurate
Prepare quotes or budget estimates for customers' lighting needs
Negotiate prices and agreements
Identify key relationships and decision-makers on projects
Present Musco's products to customers in various situations
Participate in weekly project updates; interface with technical staff

College degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing
3-5 years of sales experience or equivalent
Experience in the Aviation, Marine/Port, Rail, or Industrial market preferred
Proven track record of sales success with a technical product
Experience with reviewing AutoCad, Project Plans, Google Earth preferred
Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, email, internet, and general PC and Mobile device use
Ability to learn, understand, and teach technical concepts and information
Ability to analyze and communicate bid and tender documents
Good organizational, customer service, and verbal and written communication skills
