Manage a team of Customer Experience Analysts, ensuring that all outgoing projects for the China Business Unit are delivered within the standards set by CXG.
Plan the workload, assignments and requests within the team coming from the VP of Data Science and the China Market Head.
Ensure that Customer Experience Analysts within the China Business Unit receive regular training and feedback on their assignments.
Analyze statistical data and deliver the insights in a story-telling way for our most critical clients in China.
Manage project timeline, delivery, and side projects.
Proofreading and data checking research reports to ensure deliverables are error-free.
Collect industry information and consolidate them into reports and presentations.
Accompany project managers to client presentations.
Requirements
Interest in the Luxury and Fashion industry.
Detail-oriented, organized, fast learner, good time management and able to work in a fast-paced work environment with a can-do attitude.
Able to interpret large/small amounts of data and multi-task.
Strong analytical mind and critical thinking skills.
At least 1 year of people management and coaching experience.
Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Skills in Power BI, SQL, R or automation tool is a plus.
Excellent written, oral communication abilities in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Preferably from Statistics, Marketing, or Economics background.
At least 5 years’ experience as a market research analyst is a plus.
