University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Several years of experience in software development, ideally as a software architect, lead developer, or senior engineer
Strong knowledge of modern software architectures, integration landscapes, and system design
Experience collaborating with stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical architectures
Solid understanding of current technologies and trends (e.g., cloud platforms, DevOps, AI)
Ability to provide technical consulting, coach development teams, and ensure quality standards
