- Manages multiple customer-serving structures
- Works to keep POS, PMS, and Retail systems up and running securely
- Remain current with server-related advances
- Follows PCI and security best practices
- Applies in-depth knowledge of LAN protocols
- Coordinates with and provides support to third parties
- Restores failed or degraded network components to satisfy SLAs
