Role Overview
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate large-scale food service operations
- Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies
- Manage procurement activities and negotiate with suppliers
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
- Manage staff schedules and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with food safety legislation
- Serve as the primary operational liaison with stakeholders
- Resolve operational and customer service challenges
- Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management
Requirements
- Master’s Degree or equivalent
- 5 years or more prior supervisory experience within the food industry or equivalent experience
- Driver’s license is required
