Role Overview
- Service visits and technical support for AMRs and tugger trains nationally and internationally
- Analysis of technical faults and execution of maintenance work
- Calibration and testing to ensure reliable vehicles
- Collaboration with software and integration partners
- Training for users and service personnel
Requirements
- Technical vocational training (e.g., industrial mechatronics technician, electronics technician) or equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in related industries is a plus
- High willingness to travel (approx. 75%)
- Service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Structured and independent way of working
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
