About this role
Role Overview
Act as the local system owner for SAP SuccessFactors and related HR applications, including configuration, maintenance and hands-on support
Manage operational configuration of modules such as Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation and Employee Central, including testing and implementing local change requests in close collaboration with Group HRIS
Extract and interpret data from HR systems (e.g., SAP, HRM) to generate meaningful insights and use HR KPIs and dashboards to support strategic decision-making across the organization
Support system integrations (e.g., SAP-based interfaces) and contribute to GDPR, DPL and other data-privacy compliance requirements
Lead local HRIS projects and collaborate closely with Group HRIS, Local IT and HR while contributing to the ongoing development of HRIS and AI-driven solutions
Requirements
Recent university graduate within HR (preferably with IT/system/data focus) or in fields such as Information Systems or Business Administration with an interest in HR processes
Up to 3 years of relevant work experience (excluding internships) ideally including exposure to HR systems, project management or service-oriented environments
Strong communication skills with a collaborative, proactive and service-oriented mindset
Structured, responsible and able to drive tasks to completion
Willingness to relocate internationally for short-term rotations as part of the Early Career Program
Fluency in Swedish and English.
