Associate Expert, Sterility Assurance – International Early Career Program

Role Overview

• Develop towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in microbiology and aseptic operations, supporting commercial manufacturing
• Lead and contribute to microbiological deviation investigations, including root cause analysis and development of effective CAPAs
• Actively participate in cross-functional assignments and strategic quality improvement projects
• Participate in internal and external inspections, and manage follow-up activities and documentation
• Continuously build deep expertise in sterility assurance as part of your development journey within the Early Career Program

Requirements

• Recent university graduate within natural sciences, biotechnology, microbiology or similar
• Up to 3 years of relevant work experience (excluding internships) ideally including exposure to quality assurance, or pharmaceutical production environments
• Strong interest in developing into a sterility assurance expert/SME within a global biopharmaceutical company
• Knowledge of GMP and interest in aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Structured, analytical and confident in advanced data handling and digital systems
• Willingness to relocate internationally for short-term rotations as part of the Early Career Program
• Fluency in Swedish and English (German or French is a merit)
