Build and orchestrate a transcript-to-knowledge pipeline that structures, processes, persistently stores, and serves expert knowledge captured in interviews.
Design and implement AI agents to make the captured knowledge available across different formats and interfaces within the company.
Conduct user interviews with subject-matter experts and knowledge managers to validate needs and continuously improve the system.
Take ownership of the end-to-end product — from AI agents and data pipelines to an intuitive frontend.
Work closely with the product and engineering teams on goals, experiments, and the product vision.
Requirements
