Assists with updating drawings and specifications.
Documents field records for quality, production, labor, and materials.
Assists with inventory and tracking time sheets, costs, and quantities.
Prepares quantity takeoffs.
Assists in monitoring the quality plan, including conducting quality inspections.
Conducts basic safety inspections and training, identifies and corrects safety hazards, and leads by example in safety practices and procedures.
Assists the project team with subtrade partner management, including managing requests for information, shop drawings, changes and billings and workforce planning.
Assists with schedules and monitoring performance.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, architecture, trade or a related field.
0-1 years of progressive experience as field coordinator is preferred.
Ability to learn and apply basic construction principles, specifications, and procedures.
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with stakeholders including supervisors and subtrade partners.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.
